1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using YieldPulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
2. Description of Service
YieldPulse provides online tools for analyzing real estate investment returns in the United Arab Emirates. Our services include free calculators and premium reports ("Premium Reports") available for purchase.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Purchases and Payments
Premium Reports: We offer detailed investment reports for a one-time fee. Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of Premium Reports are final. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors preventing access to the report.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of YieldPulse and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Arab Emirates and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of YieldPulse.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate YieldPulse, a YieldPulse employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
